A new Online game -
Richard Garriott's Tabula Rasa from NCsoft, juz release on 2 Nov 2007. I’ve been playing it since it came out about two weeks ago and now have about 20 hrs and 35 mins logged into it.
My friend, Jenifer invited me to join in this new game two weeks ago. Under her instigation, eventually I bought my starter credits from this website, TR credits. Anyway, I'm actually quite satisfy to their services especially their responds is damn fast...
Why am i so interested on this game?
One of the most interesting part is the game will deliver me to a private instanced spaces and use those instanced spaces to create in-depth storytelling with puzzles, traps, and NPCs, that would be more difficult in shared spaces.
There are missions even ethically challengin, which i will have to choose from different points of view for my future progress.
In this game, the moral and ethical dilemmas are something i definitely wanted to incorporate into the design of Tabula Rasa from the very start. The entire goal is to give me a break and allow me to think about the choices that will make in order to accomplish a mission.
So far i'm reaching level 14, as a Specialist with some decent gears. I'm still hanging out with some mission,eg. destroying a dam to stop Bane forces that will also demolish a local village - As usual i'll choose to try to warn the village beforehand risking further advances by the Bane, besides destroy it.
I don’t have any good skills yet cause I think i'm still a low level player, yet I’m getting to reach there - Demolitionist (tier 4), in coming level 30...not far away...
Hence...are you girls and guys playing the same game with me ?...
